By submitting a CMF study to the Crash Modification Factors Clearinghouse Web site, I confirm that it is relevant to the CMF Clearinghouse, and that the study and its contents are available for public use without infringing on intellectual property or contractual rights.

Studies submitted to the CMF Clearinghouse will be reviewed by our staff to determine if they are appropriate, but not for their merit or legality.
